Time Frame for Returns: Customers can return products within 30 days of receipt. The items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Custom and Embroidered Flags: Due to their personalized nature, custom and embroidered flags are non-returnable unless there is a defect in material or workmanship.

2. Refund Eligibility

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

3. Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same flag, send us an email and we will guide you through the process.

4. Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail it to the address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
